We recently established Verdex Capital as our Ag Tech directed investment arm. Verdex has partnered with Finistere Ventures – a top-tier US Ag Tech investor – to assist with management of the Finistere FVII Fund, especially identifying Canadian deals and assisting in the advancement of the Finistere portfolio after investment.
Since inception we have been a direct investor in over 115 businesses, and as an indirect investor in six venture capital funds. We have invested over $118 million, with our present and past portfolio companies reporting in excess of $1 billion in related sales and almost $1B in co-investment.
