CANCELLATION POLICIES

GAI Premium News Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may request a refund within thirty (30) days of initiating the subscription, minus a $3 daily access charge for the duration of the subscription and a $50 processing fee. After thirty (30) days following the initiation of the subscription, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for cancellations.

Global AgInvesting Event Cancellation Policy

You may substitute delegates at any time. Cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the conference start date will receive a 100% credit to be used at another HighQuest Group conference within eighteen (18) months from the date of the issuance of the credit. For cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the event start date no credits or refunds will be issued.

If a user is submitting contact information to download a sponsored white paper, your name, company, title, and email address are collected.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements or policies referenced and incorporated herein, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by sending e-mail to: marketing@highquestpartners.com. Upon termination, you will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail that the request was received, and your access will be suspended within 24 hours. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is deactivated.
