Oliver is responsible for the overall direction and growth of HAIG’s institutional farmland investment program. He is a member of the senior management team of HNRG and serves on its Executive Committee. Oliver leads the management team for HAIG, serves on the HAIG’s Investment Committee and chairs a number of company boards for HAIG’s Australian Investment vehicles. Prior to joining HAIG in 1997, he spent 5 years with the First Pioneer Farm Credit, ACA, where he was responsible for evaluating and appraising farmland and farm businesses for potential loans. He is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, the Association for Investment Management and Research, the Boston Security Analysts Society and a CFA® charterholder. He holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics, with a concentration in finance, from Cornell University. Mr. Williams grew up on a poultry and grain farm in western New York and is a member of Alpha Gamma Rho.
