Shusaku Hayakawa has experienced more than 10 years of technical consulting and business development in automotive, aerospace, new energy and agriculture industries and has mainly engaged in building company strategy and organization management as a manager for over 30 groups. He also has experience as a managing director of a few indoor and outdoor agriculture companies in Japan and Hong Kong. Now Shusaku Hayakawa is engaged in Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC “Agribusiness Promotion Office” since 2013 as a senior manager and has mainly supported various companies that start new business in area of global agriculture business including vertical farming and green house.
